Volunteers help alleviate depression, isolation and loneliness. Funds from this raffle will go towards the SOSVC providing opportunities for volunteers and keeping them connected and happy.
Funds from this raffle will play a big part in helping encourage greater involvement of volunteers in the community. Volunteer help is needed in many areas from supporting individuals with disabilities to individuals and families with low income housing needs. The funds will also help to provide training and resources to community organizations on building healthy volunteer programs for lasting and effective help.
Your support will help the SOS Volunteer Centre continue the great work it is doing in the community, as well as enhance it. Your support is appreciated and will be felt in the South Okanagan-Similkameen.
Get your tickets to help Cure the Winter Blues beginning Jan.13, 2022 beginning at noon until March 17, 2022 at noon. The draw will be held on March 17 at 4 p.m. at 102-696 Main St, Penticton at the SOS Volunteer Centre office.
